- Operational Audit Logs: Internal activity logs for timetable generation, daily substitution records, and plan revisions.
3 Passwordless Security by Design
Haneen Timetables uses passwordless Email One-Time Passwords (OTP). We never store or ask for passwords, eliminating risks associated with password credential theft or leaks.
4 Multi-Tenancy & Strict Data Isolation
Each school operates as a strictly isolated tenant. No user or administrator from another school can view, modify, or access your timetable drafts, staff rosters, or classroom pools.
5 Zero Data Selling & Third-Party Privacy
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share school data, contact information, or schedules with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
6 Cookies & Session Storage
We only use essential technical cookies and local storage to maintain secure authenticated sessions, CSRF protection, and theme/language preferences. No ad tracking cookies are deployed.
7 School Data Rights & Deletion
School administrators retain full control to edit, archive, or delete draft plans, staff records, and classes at any time. Complete data export or school deletion can be requested upon service conclusion.
