These terms govern your access to and use of the Haneen Timetables platform and school activation licenses.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering with Haneen Timetables, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If registering on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you possess the authority to bind the school to these terms.
2 Description of Service
Haneen Timetables provides an integrated web platform for schools, including: school structure configuration, automated conflict-free timetable generation, daily substitution ledger management, workload reports, and printable aSc-format class and teacher sheets.
3 User Accounts & Role Permissions
The platform enforces a structured role-based access model to safeguard school operations:
- School Admin (Super Admin): Full authority over school settings, staff management, role assignment, plan publication, and licensing.
- Co-Admin (Admin): Administrative access to manage plans, curriculum demand, staff qualifications, and operational reports.
- Timetable Operator: Create, edit, and generate timetable drafts and plans explicitly shared with the operator.
- Teacher: Read-only access to view their own personal schedule from the currently published timetable.
4 School Data Ownership
The school retains 100% full and exclusive ownership of all its data, including staff rosters, curriculum requirements, draft plans, and generated timetables. The platform claims no intellectual property rights over your institutional data.
5 Voucher Licensing & Activation
- New School Activation: Creating a new school requires a valid activation voucher code issued by the platform owner or authorized affiliates.
- Single-Use Bearer Codes: Each voucher is a single-use bearer code; successful redemption binds the activation duration to the created school.
- Expiration & Renewal: Upon expiration of the licensed period, operational features are paused until renewed via platform administration.
6 Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized cross-tenant data access, exploit vulnerabilities, or employ abusive automated scraping. We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these security policies.
7 Availability & Data Backups
We apply rigorous engineering standards to maintain high platform availability and automated database backups. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with continuous performance optimizations.
